iFY Mobile App Privacy Policy

The iFY (information For You) mobile application (“iFY or the App) is owned and operated by the Vermont Language Justice Project (VLJP). We recognize that users of the App may be concerned about the information they provide to use the App and how we treat that information. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) addresses those concerns.

Information We Collect

VLJP uses its best efforts to respect the privacy of the users of the App. VLJP does not collect personally identifiable information from individuals who access and use the App. All user activity on the App will be stored solely on your mobile device(s). Only google analytics and other anonymous metadata that are available to VLJP through the App and are intended for use and consumption by VLJP will be collected to the extent incorporated into the App for the purposes of enhancing or improving the App’s performance.

By using the iFY App you signify your agreement to this Privacy Policy. You are under no obligation to disclose any personal information to VLJP in order to access and use the App. If you are not comfortable with VLJP’s use of information made available to VLJP through the App, you may always decide not to use the App and terminate your iFY account at any time by deleting the App from your devices (s).


Children’s Policy

VLJP believes every measure of precaution should be taken to protect children online. Visitors age 13 and under should ask their parents or legal guardian for assistance when using the App.

Changes to Privacy Policy

VLJP may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time without advance notice Accordingly, we recommend that you check for updates to this Privacy Policy on an on-going basis. Changes were last made to this Privacy Policy on September 4th 2024.
